Super Knights Chess academy was officially commenced in 2013 with minimum staff and few students. The institution grew at a vast pace over the past two years to become one of the leading chess academies in Sri Lanka, nurturing reputed players and international chess champions over the period. With over 500 students and well experienced qualified national coaches spread across three branches, as well as online sessions carried out locally and internationally, SKCA is bound to expand further.
At Super Knights, chess isn’t just a game—it’s a journey of intellectual exploration and personal growth. Led by a team of seasoned coaches and Grandmasters, the academy provides a nurturing environment where students can unlock their full potential and embark on a path to mastery. From beginners taking their first steps in the world of chess to seasoned competitors striving for tournament success, Super Knights caters to individuals at every stage of their chess journey. Through personalized instruction, innovative teaching methods, and a comprehensive curriculum, students are equipped with the tools they need to excel both on and off the board.
By defeating renowned chess clubs in the country, we emerged as champions of the Sri Lanka National Team Championship in 2022, and to be secured within top 3 positions in 2021 and 2023. Our efforts resulted in the formation of Youth Champions, School Chess Champions, and many talented young chess players.
