Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Super Knight Chess Club. We appreciate your support and strive to provide a seamless experience for our members and participants. If you have any concerns regarding payments made for our classes or tournaments, we are here to assist you.

Class Fees

We accept refund requests for class fees under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of payment.

• Refunds will only be issued if the student has not attended any sessions.

• If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any administrative or processing fees.

• No refunds will be issued for partially attended courses or missed sessions.

Tournament Fees

We accept refund requests for tournament registration fees under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the tournament start date.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any administrative or processing fees.

• No refunds will be granted for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

• In the event of tournament cancellation by Super Knight Chess Club, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants.

Non-Refundable Payments

Certain payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Membership fees

• Special event or workshop fees (unless canceled by Super Knight Chess Club)

• Donations or sponsorship contributions

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the approval date. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
